The Grove at Shoal Creek

Located on 75 acres in West Central Austin, The Grove at Shoal Creek brings together a diversity of uses, including a mixed-use mid-rise core surrounded by mixed-density residential housing and more than 17 acres of high-quality parkland for residents to enjoy. Norris Design has been a team member since the project’s inception, spearheading site plan creation and design guidelines while playing a major role in the community outreach and zoning processes. The project is envisioned as a legacy-quality neighborhood and a model for innovative mixed-use urban infill development in Austin.
