Heritage Ranch

Norris Design provided master planning, landscape architecture, branding and 3D visualization for this 500-acre property in northwest Sherman. The central features of this project include a multi-purpose arena, exhibit hall and convention center. The surrounding area is planned for mixed land uses, including parks, hotels, flex/office, retail, single family and multifamily housing, an outdoor aquatics park, horse jumping park, lakes and trails.
