Sienna Pines

Thirty minutes south of historic Flagstaff and surrounded by the Coconino National Forest, Sienna Pines is a community shaped by space, seclusion and the freedom to live closer to the land. The land plan creates just 38 expansive homesites preserving a sense of openness and privacy while allowing the natural landscape to remain the defining experience. That relationship between home and wilderness became the foundation for a brand built around the idea of being Unbound by the Wild, expressing a kind of luxury measured less by excess and more by room to roam, unwind and reconnect. The identity takes its cues directly from the setting, pairing the elusive red fox with native pine imagery to reflect the rarity, curiosity and quiet confidence of the place. Natural colors, refined typography, hand-drawn details and tactile textures extend that character across print, digital and environmental applications. Together, the land plan and brand reinforce the same idea: a secluded mountain retreat where nature is not simply the backdrop, but the experience itself.
