This 1600+-acre project near Bee Cave, Texas is a popular community with a variety of amenities for residents. Norris Design provided master planning for a 400-acre mixed-use parcel and relotting of many of the villages in the original community. Design of the central swimming pool/clubhouse area, landscape design for the extension of Pedernales Summit Parkway, and ongoing design of several community entries, interconnected greenbelts, pocket parks, and amenities, like the new Sweetwater Fitness Center, completed the project. 3D visualization and ongoing development of community graphics is underway. Norris Design is also providing trail improvements, branding, wayfinding and informational graphics, support for retail development and expansion plans for the 5+ miles of nature trails within the Sweetwater community.
