Aurora, Colorado

Southshore is situated along the southern edge of the 800-acre Aurora Reservoir, Aurora’s largest body of water with some of the best views in the region. Organized around natural drainages which feed the reservoir, Southshore’s layout, landscape and architectural design are inspired from the natural features the community is surrounded by and incorporates. The community will eventually include approximately 2,000 dwelling units, three recreation centers, two city parks, an elementary school, and miles of trails linking together neighborhoods and an expansive system of parks and amenitized open spaces.  It has several connections to the reservoir’s trails and amenities as well.
