Renovation of the existing multi-level Scottsdale Centre office complex included extensive landscape architectural improvements. The design creates a campus environment for tenants to gather and socialize in the outdoor gardens and plazas. Hardscape and landscape improvements enhance the visual aesthetic, resolve existing drainage issues (much of the courtyard sits above underground parking), improve wayfinding throughout the complex, and address water efficiency.
