Norris Design completed the master plan for Reunion, established in 2002 and now home to more than 2,000 families. The nearly 1,600 acres of residential development accommodates all levels of density, from low densities adjacent to the Buffalo Run Golf Course to medium densities along the centrally located city park to higher densities in the town center near the E-470 corridor. 900 acres of mixed-use and commercial development form the town center along with a town hall, a recreation center, and daycare centers. A series of pedestrian trails and greenways connect vehicular and pedestrian systems, and pocket parks are integrated within the residential neighborhoods. The final landscape of Reunion uses only 8.4 gallons of water per square foot a year.
