Outlook at Golden Ridge lies at the foreground of the Front Range foothills. Residents enjoy a pool and spa area, large dog park, community garden, play elements and an exceptional pedestrian corridor that connects to the adjacent light rail station. A planting plan that highlights the colors, textures, and species appropriate to the area is implemented throughout the community. This project has also incorporated the City of Golden’s Sustainability point system into its overall landscape architecture design.
