Norris Design is providing entitlement services and creating design guidelines and standards for the Clear Creek Crossing development. The entitlement process includes an Official Planned Mixed-use Outline Development Plan, incorporating both a Vision Book that highlights the development’s overall theming and character, and a Design Pattern Book proposing the design intent, standards and guidelines for future development on the site. Clear Creek Crossing is planned to have a variety of uses to include multifamily residential, a prominent employment user, large format retail and a unique lifestyle center to provide retail, restaurant and entertainment uses for the community.
