This 10-acre Alliance multifamily residential project is part of the University of Colorado campus redevelopment at 9th and Colorado. For this brownfield site, Norris Design worked closely with the City and County of Denver to resolve many complicated site plan issues. The project preserves the existing hospital parking garage for use by new residents of the community. The Norris Design team worked closely with the client to develop unique resort-style pool deck and courtyard designs.
