A 1,670-acre master planned community, Anthem Colorado includes two established neighborhoods – one for active adults (Anthem Ranch) and one for active families (Anthem Highlands). At build-out, Anthem Colorado will provide residents with more than 735 acres of parks and open space including two recreation centers, 22 individual parks and over 48 miles of trails. Norris Design has been involved with the planning and design of Anthem Colorado since 2006.
