Homestead at Old Settlers Park

Conveniently located near Dell Diamond ballpark, Homestead is a 245-acre master planned community connecting single family and townhomes to public amenities. The project features a natural creek bed running through the length of the site offering home buyers and tenants a natural, pedestrian-friendly environment of trails and paths. Norris Design provided planning services on this project which include lotting and product fit tests/yield studies. Upon entitlement approval at the City of Round Rock, Norris Design provided branding and landscape architectural services bringing the project through construction and to final closeout.
