Canyon Pines

Canyon Pines is a luxury residential community set within the Front Range mountains of Arvada, Colorado. Surrounded by scented pines, native grasses and untamed wildlife, the community is envisioned as a retreat into nature where each homesite offers spectacular vistas and its own unique story. Norris Design’s branding, planning and landscape architecture work together to create an experience where luxury and the land live in natural harmony. The brand identity uses sophisticated minimalism and understated materials, while signage, monumentation, open spaces and trails are shaped to preserve the beauty of the landscape and create a cohesive sense of retreat.
