Broadstone on 9th

Broadstone on 9th is a 10-acre multifamily residential project within the University of Colorado campus redevelopment at 9th and Colorado in Denver. Located on a brownfield site, the project required careful coordination with the City and County of Denver to resolve complicated site planning considerations. Norris Design worked closely with the client to develop resort-style pool deck and courtyard designs that support the new residential community. The project also preserves an existing hospital parking garage for use by residents, integrating former campus infrastructure into a new multifamily environment.
