Norris Design Wins Five MAME Awards
The Marketing & Merchandising Excellence awards celebrate our industry’s best people, projects & spaces. Presented by the Sales & Marketing Council, Custom Builders & Remodelers Council, and the HBA of Metro Denver. This year, we won five awards for the following categories:
Best Graphic Continuity: Parterre
Parterre won Best Graphic Continuity for its expressive and cohesive brand system that seamlessly connects every touchpoint, from marketing materials to physical spaces. The brand’s visual language blooms from a bouquet of design elements, including a dimensional logo, complementary typefaces, garden-inspired colors, and petal-shaped frames that bring warmth and personality to every application. This distinct identity extends across digital media, print collateral, signage, art, and landscape design, creating a unified and instantly recognizable experience that invites residents to flourish in a vibrant, thoughtfully crafted community.
Best Signage: Trailstone
Trailstone won for Best Signage for its cohesive and adventurous system that captures the spirit of the Front Range through natural materials and thoughtful design. Iron, stone, and native landscapes form the foundation of a monumentation style that feels rooted in nature while guiding residents with clarity and character. From illuminated monuments and branded trail markers to interpretive signs and builder wayfinding, each piece reinforces the “stay wild” brand idea, creating a seamless experience that connects exploration, identity, and place.
Best Website for a Community: Parterre
Parterre’s website won the Website Design category for its custom-built, immersive approach that blends artistry with performance. Floral patterns, animations, and thoughtful navigation create a cohesive and engaging user experience. The result is a beautifully expressive site that drives exceptional engagement, conversions, and visitor satisfaction.
Best Video (Special Award): Building Hope, Together for HomeAid Colorado
The HomeAid video won for its heartfelt storytelling and measurable impact that inspired action and strengthened community engagement. Through five coordinated shoots, the film captured authentic stories of service and transformation, highlighting the many ways people can contribute to the organization’s mission. Its local focus and emotional resonance drove tangible results, including increased donations, greater volunteer participation, and expanded outreach, proving that powerful storytelling can turn awareness into meaningful impact.
Young Leader Award: Kayleigh Gillespie of Norris Design
Kayleigh won the Young Leaders Award for her exceptional leadership, vision, and commitment during a pivotal year of transition. Stepping up from Secretary to Chair, she revitalized the council by empowering subcommittees, strengthening partnerships, and introducing creative initiatives that grew membership by nearly 10 percent. Her focus on collaboration and connection fostered a vibrant community through joint events, volunteer opportunities, and social gatherings, embodying the spirit of mentorship and engagement that defines a true young leader.
