Vista Verde & Edison Eastlake
The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) represents the largest network of craftsmen, innovators and problem solvers dedicated to building and enriching communities. Best in American Living™ Awards (BALA), redefining design excellence, is the building industry’s premier residential design award.
The Edison Eastlake Community Master Plan took home a silver award for Best On-the-Boards Community. This project was recognized for its thoughtful integration of land use, connectivity, and community identity, creating a framework that supports long-term growth while enhancing quality of life. The plan balances residential neighborhoods with employment, retail, and civic spaces, reinforcing Eastlake’s role as a complete and connected community.
Vista Verde I & II earned Silver in the Best Affordable Multifamily, Garden/Low-Rise category for its people-centered approach to community design, emphasizing walkability, open space, and a strong sense of place that supports both residents and the surrounding region. Its landscape-driven framework and attention to neighborhood character help create a welcoming environment that is both functional and enduring.
We are honored to be recognized by NAHB alongside our development partners and collaborators. These awards reflect our ongoing commitment to designing resilient, well-connected communities that balance vision, functionality, and lasting value.
