Norris Design wins two SMPS Colorado Marketing Excellence Awards
Norris Design received two awards at the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), Colorado Chapter Marketing Excellence Awards event last week.
A celebration of the outstanding achievements of Colorado’s top A/E/C firms and professionals, the annual event was postponed from 2020 and took place at Asterisk in downtown Denver. The Norris Design team was recognized as the award winner in the Holiday Piece (Digital) category for their ‘Words that Guide our Work’ entry. The digital holiday piece was sent to clients and colleagues as a New Year greeting in January 2020. This entry was also recognized as the People’s Choice Award winner after event registrants voted in a week-long process for their favorite entries.
The judges commented that the piece was “very impressive” and “top-notch quality with beautiful imagery”.
Norris Design Marketing Coordinator Murphy Hogan was also recognized at the event as a Member of the Year nominee. Senior Associate Emily E. Cox presented the nominees and winner of the Business Developer of the Year award. Marketing Principal MR Hicks also presented at the event, passing the torch to the next Leonardo Award winner, the most prestigious recognition awarded by SMPS Colorado. Both Murphy and Emily were members of the awards committee.Watch the winning entry here
