Norris Design Volunteers with Valley Partnership

Posted on November 21, 2022

Earlier this month, Norris Design team members in Phoenix joined Valley Partnership for its community project event benefitting the House of Refuge, which is a non-profit organization that rents homes and provides supplies to families experiencing homelessness. The community project entailed a full day of landscaping, planting, painting and creating a community gathering space for residents. Norris Design team members supported the gardening and mural teams.

We’re delighted to continue our support of the Valley Partnership program! This is such a great opportunity to be part of the positive impact they have in our community. —  Greg Rowan, Principal

House of Refuge is a faith-based, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located on 20 acres in Southeast Mesa, Arizona. The community includes 88 two-bedroom homes that are rented to families experiencing homelessness. By providing a home and comprehensive, wrap-around supportive serves, House of Refuge helps these families overcome homelessness, become self-sufficient and move to sustainable housing.
