Norris Design Celebrates Five New Principals

Norris Design is proud to announce the promotion of Brandi Rice, Kelley Savage, Leanne Viehler, Samantha Pollmiller and Scott Stoddard to Principal in our Denver, Fort Collins and Frisco offices! You can read more about each of them below. 

 

Brandi Rice, PLA, QWEL joined Norris Design in 2005 and moved to the Frisco office in 2015 with a focus on landscape design and site planning of commercial sites, mixed-use projects, multifamily developments, streetscapes and master planned communities. Her experience includes the Kindred hotel at Keystone Resort, Wintergreen Ridge in Keystone and the Bioscience V development at the Fitzsimmons Innovation Community in Aurora.

A professional landscape architect with more than 28 years of experience, Kelley Savage, PLA, CLARB joined the Norris Design Fort Collins office in 2019. Her experience includes parks and recreations, trails and open space, urban design, streetscape and higher education projects. Her recent projects focus on multifamily master planned developments,  including Bloom, 6th Avenue West and Columbine Pool Renovations in Golden, Clement Park Tennis in Littleton and Pickleball Courts and residential units at Northwest Crossing in Bozeman, Mont.

Leanne Vielehr rejoined Norris Design in 2014 with more than 18 years of experience in landscape architecture and planning. Her diverse design experience spans small residential landscapes to large master planned communities and includes creating conceptual designs and construction documents for residential, commercial, recreational and hospitality projects. Her currently projects include Crosswinds at Arista in Broomfield, the Parterre development in Thornton, The Knolls in Westminster, Arista Gallery Park in Broomfield and City Creek in Thornton.

Samantha Pollmiller joined Norris Design in 2014 with experience in both planning and landscape architecture. Her variety of experience in many jurisdictions across the Front Range has fostered successful relationships with local professionals and community stakeholders. Her recent projects include The Aurora Highlands in Aurora, Colliers Hill in Erie, High Point in Aurora, Eastlake Station South in Thornton and Buckley Yard in Aurora.

Scott Stoddard brings more than 20 years of experience in all phases of landscape design, construction and maintenance. He is skilled at project management, cost estimation and quality control. His recent projects include Cobblestone Ranch Park in Castle Rock, a mixed-use development at Miller’s Landing in Castle Rock, Wind Crest Senior Living Community in Highlands Ranch and Solstice, which is a master planned community in Littleton.
