Earlier this year, Norris Design celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony for Kindred Resort in Keystone, the newest luxury ski-in/ski-out mixed-use development. This project is only steps away from River Run’s Gondola and the Village. The hotel brings mountain modern architectural elements, skier services and new lodging and residences to the most prime location remaining at the resort. Public plazas provide Keystone guests with spaces for gathering, eating and après activities. Private outdoor amenities include a pool, spa, seating and gathering spaces exclusively for those staying at Kindred.

Kindred is a landmark development in Keystone that will activate the River Run base area and expand lodging, dining and après-ski options. Kindred creates a terminus for River Run Village and the base of the River Run Gondola where guests can stay, play and dine at the base of the resort. The ski club, ski valet and custom spa services all produce a new level of luxury not currently established in Summit County.
