Norris Design offers comprehensive Park and Recreation Planning services including strategic planning for parks, trails, recreation facilities and open space for public agencies, community organizations and private companies. Parks and recreation facilities are integral to a community’s infrastructure, culture, image and unique sense of place. Through these planning efforts, our goal is to improve the quality of life of your community and make it a great place to live, work and play. It is our philosophy that we assess the unique needs of each community through thorough information gathering, community input and resource analysis in order to create a plan that provides prioritized recommendations that balance these needs with the resources available.
