The Phoenix-based Wolff Co. plans a 285-unit, apartment community in Centennial called Elevate.

When completed, Elevate will have 10 separate apartment buildings and a dedicated clubhouse building along the Denver-area southeast corridor.

Wolff plans to start construction of Elevate in September. It will take an expected 18 months to complete.

Woff purchased an 8.04-acre site at 7338 S. Havana St. for Elevate.

United Properties sold the property as a future part of Inova Dry Creek. Inova is shorthand for innovate. When completed, Inova will have more than 695,000 square feet of office, industrial and multifamily use.

Inova will include a campus with dedicated areas for biking, lockers, showers, a bike repair area and rentals, premium finishes, expanded parking, on-site restaurant space and a food truck.

“Wolff understood this submarket’s strong fundamentals,” said Steve O’Dell, who along with fellow ARA Newmark Land Services Team sold the land on behalf United Properties.

“With record-breaking rent growth, low vacancy and Denver’s booming in-migration, Elevate will be a welcome addition to (the Denver Tech Center area).”

Wolff has been active in the Centennial area for a considerable period and has recently completed Capstone at Vallagio.

The site Wolff purchased has access to the T-Rex light rail system along Interstate 25.

“Elevate is a great project in a great location that we believe will be a meaningful contribution to the local community,” said Nate Carlson, vice president of development for Wolff.

“For people who work at the Inova Dry Creek business center or the close by (Denver) Tech Center, Elevate offers very convenient, high-quality living,” Carlson continued.

“It’s beautiful and quiet design will provide residents an oasis from which they can soak in the amazing views afforded by the site’s topography,” Carlson said.
