Partnership Forum Kickoff + Meet the Moderators Happy Hour!

ULI Colorado invites you to a complimentary happy hour and informational event where you will learn about the Partnership Forum program. You will also have the opportunity to meet other program participants, this year's organizing committee, and our 2014-2015 Moderators, including Norris Design's Mitch Black. Come find out which moderator you prefer to be paired with and then rate your choices on the online application.

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck hosts us in their large meeting space for appetizers and happy hour beverages. This event is open to all ULI Members and prospective members who are under the age of 35. Please note: you must be a current Young Leader member to participate in this program.

Mitch Black is a Principal, Norris Design
As a key leader at Norris Design since 1990, Mitch enjoys leading a variety of land development, entitlement, design and construction projects. His practice has focused on master planning, site planning, landscape architecture, preparation of design guidelines and branding for mixed-use projects across the US and internationally. His ability to work effectively with both the public and private sectors allows for creating successful solutions for clients. As lead planner for Midtown, Mitch coordinated planning and entitlements for this new community northwest of downtown Denver that boasts modern architecture and a main street anchored by a cutting edge urban garden. Midtown is just one of many communities Mitch is involved with throughout the region. Norris Design is a worldwide leading strategic partner in planning, landscape architecture and project promotion that creates value and a great experience for its clients by combining excellent service with innovative and implementable solutions. As a principal of Norris Design, Mitch is involved in day-to-day management and design of projects as well as the financial and strategic operations of the firm.
