Terrain Wins NAHB Best Clubhouse

Terrain recently won the Gold award for Best Clubhouse from The Nationals, sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) National Sales and Marketing Council, the the nation's largest awards program for sales and marketing professionals and communities. The awards pay tribute to housing industry professionals for excellence in sales and marketing.

Now in its 33rd year, The Nationals pays tribute to superior sales and marketing achievements by individual professionals, home builders and associates, and sales and marketing councils.

The nation's largest competition for sales and marketing professionals and communities, The Nationals showcases winners in distinguished national, regional, and local publications.

The competition is presented by the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC), a council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), along with Wells Fargo Home Loans. Preferred sponsors include major building product manufacturers, financial institutions, homebuilders and developers, architects, and associates in real estate.

The judges statement about the project:
"This compact clubhouse feels much larger than its 1,200 square feet. Good use of materials, outdoor spaces and glass create a feeling of spaciousness.The Nationals winner is an excellent example of an aesthetically pleasing facility with a not so big budget."
